Return & Refund Policy — Glassbound Studio
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must first be approved by Glassbound Studio before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Because our stained-glass pieces are fragile and handcrafted, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and providing clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because many Glassbound Studio pieces are handcrafted and may be made specifically for each order, custom or personalized designs are considered final sale once production has begun.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you currently have, once approved, and place a separate order for the new item.
For custom-made pieces, exchanges may not be available once production has started.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, where required by applicable law.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please note that certain custom-made or personalized products may be exempt from the EU right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
